Ingredients:
| 1 1/2
| lbs | Ground round or sirloin | | 1
| each | Egg | | 1
| cup | Bread crumbs, plain | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1
| tsp | Onion powder | | 1
| tsp | Garlic powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients well. | | 2 | Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap. | | 3 | Press to form a firm loaf. | | 4 | Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a baking dish. | | 5 | Pour 2 tbsp. catsup over the top of the meat loaf. | | 6 | Place 2 or 3 strips of bacon across the top. | | 7 | Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15 minutes. | | 8 | Makes approxamately 8 servings |
