Grandma's meat loaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround round or sirloin
1 eachEgg
1 cupBread crumbs, plain
1/4 cupCatsup
1 tspOnion powder
1 tspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients well.
2Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap.
3Press to form a firm loaf.
4Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a baking dish.
5Pour 2 tbsp. catsup over the top of the meat loaf.
6Place 2 or 3 strips of bacon across the top.
7Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
