Ingredients:
8 ozDried blackeyed peas
1 lbsSausage
3 canTomatoes
2 cupWater
1 tbspBlack pepper
2 tbspGarlic salt
2 tbspChili powder
Procedures:
1Cover the blackeyed peas in water and soak overnight.
2Drain peas.
3Saute sausage meat until done.
4Add tomatoes, water, spices.
5Simmer one hour.
