Turkey patties in mushroom wine sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 tspMargarine
1 lbsGround turkey
1 Egg
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspItalian herb blend
1/2 cupDry red wine
1/4 tspCracked pepper
Procedures:
1Saute half the mushrooms and the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan.
2Combine sauteed vegetables with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs.
3Shape turkey mixture into 4 patties.
4Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
5While patties are cooking, add remaining mushrooms, wine, and pepper to frying pan.
6Simmer gently and serve sauce over patties.
