Ingredients:

| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1
| cup | Wheat bran | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/4
| tbsp | Salt | | 3
| | 4 VERY ripe bananas | | | Milk | | 1
| | Egg equivalent | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar or honey if bananas | | | Are not sweet enough |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix dry ingredients. | | 2 | Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1.5 cups total. | | 3 | Add egg to bananas. | | 4 | Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. | | 5 | Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. | | 6 | Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes. | | 7 | Remove from cups while still hot |
