Ingredients:

| lbs | Sirloin or flank steak cut | | | -in thin strips | | 1
| large | Onion, cut in wedges | | 1
| | Red, yellow or orange pepper | | | -cut in strips | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Red wine or orange juice | | 1
| pack | Knorr Demi-Glace or | | | -Hunter Sauce mix | | 1
| tbsp | Grated orange rind | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano or thyme, dried |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat. | | 2 | Add beef and onion, stir fry 2-3 minutes. | | 3 | Add peppers and continue to cook and stir 2-3 minutes. | | 4 | Stir in water and red wine or orange juice, sauce mix, orange rind, and oregano. | | 5 | Bring to boil, stirring constantly. | | 6 | Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. | | 7 | Serve on couscous or rice, garnish with chopped parsley |
