Greek meat loaf

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef chuck
1 lbsGround lamb
2 largeEggs
1 cupFresh bread crumbs
2 Bunches green onions, minced
4 ozFeta cheese, finely crumbled
1/4 cupMinced fresh parsley
1 tbspDried mint leaves
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspRed wine vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspGround black pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2In large bowl, mix all ingredients just until well combined but not overmixed.
3In 13x9 metal baking pan, shape meat mixture into 9x5 inch loaf.
4Bake meat loaf 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
