Fat-free chili beans

Ingredients:
2 largeOnions, chopped
2 largeCarrots, cut in bite size
Pieces
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
X Spices to your taste (chili
Powder, cheyene peper, black
Paper, hot peper
Sauce, or anything else you
Would like to add)
1 canTomato paste
3 largeCans tomato sauce
1 cupPre-cooked brown rice
1 cupKidney or pinto beans
Procedures:
1Boil onions, carrots, and garlic in ?cup of water until tender.
2Add spices, tomato sauce, and tomato paste, and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or so.
3Add rice and beans.
4Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
5Makes about 4 servings.
6This recipe is very flexible.
7It is different every time i make it.
8Please feel free to add any additional vegies or spices.
