Florentine pie (lacto/ovo)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupHot cooked rice
1/4 cupWW FF Parmesan Italian
Topping
1 tbspChopped green onion tops
1 Egg white
8 Egg whites
1 cupShredded FF white cheese
2/3 cupSkim milk
1/4 cupSliced green onions
1/4 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspGround pepper
1/4 tbspGround nutmeg
1 pack(10 oz.) frozen chopped
Spinach, thawed and pressed
Dry (I used fresh)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 325°F.
2Pam pie plate, 9 x 1 ?in. mix rice, parmesan cheese, 1 tbl green onion tops and the egg white with fork.
3Press mixture evenly on bottom and up side of pie plate.
4Do not leave any holes.
5Bake 5 minutes.
6Beat egg whites untill almost peaking.
7Stir in remaining ingredients.
8Pour into rice shell.
9Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
10Serve with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
