Ingredients:
2 cupHomade vegetable stock
1/2 cupDry white wine, vermouth, or
Sherry
1 Bay leaf
2 Shallots, chopped
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients and simmer until reduced to 1 cup.
2Remove bay leaf and shallots.
3Pour liquid into ice cube trays and freeze.
4After frozen, store in zip-lock bags in freezer
