Ingredients:
1 cupSeaweed stock
1/4 cupDark soy sauce
1/4 cupMirin (seasoned rice wine)
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspSalt
Procedures:
1Make a seaweed stock by immersing several pieces of kombu (thick kelp leaves) in cool water, let it sit overnight.
2To make dipping sauce, simmer the ingredients.
