Ingredients:
1/2 cupVegetable oil
5 lbsChuck roast (4 to 6 lbs.)
1 largeOnion, chopped
7 ozChopped green chiles (1 can)
12 ozBeer (1 can)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Procedures:
1In a deep skillet or dutch oven, heat oil hot, sear roast on both sides.
2Add onion and chiles, turn roast to cover fully with chiles and onion.
3Pour beer around sides of roast.
4Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt; cover with tight lid.
5Place over low heat.
6Cook 1 ?to 2 hours.
7It will fall apart and is so good! makes 6 to 8 servings for $2 per serving
