Ingredients:

| lbs | Chuck roast (4 to 6 lbs.) | | 1
| large | Onion, chopped | | 7
| oz | Chopped green chiles (1 can) | | 12
| oz | Beer (1 can) | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | | Garlic salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a deep skillet or dutch oven, heat oil hot, sear roast on both sides. | | 2 | Add onion and chiles, turn roast to cover fully with chiles and onion. | | 3 | Pour beer around sides of roast. | | 4 | Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt; cover with tight lid. | | 5 | Place over low heat. | | 6 | Cook 1 ?to 2 hours. | | 7 | It will fall apart and is so good! makes 6 to 8 servings for $2 per serving |
