Ingredients:
IN A LARGE BOWL MIX WELL
1 largeMashed banana (or 2small)
1/4 cupUnsweetened applesauce
1/4 cupMolasses
1/4 cupRaspberry preserves/jam*
1 cupSoy/rice milk
1/8 cupBrown sugar*
1 cupRaisens
2 cupRaw bran
IN A SMALL BOWL SIFT
1 1/4 cupFlour
3 tspBaking powder
1 tspSoda
1/2 tspSalt
1 dashCinammon
Procedures:
1Add to wet ingredients.
2Mix well.
3Pour into greased (i used pam) muffin tins, bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes.
4*original called for ?cup brown sugar.
5With the raspberry preserves, i find an 1/8 of a cup plenty.
6You could also sub raspberry with any other flavor of jam/preserve i would think.
