| | Box macaroni cooked up | | 1
| med | Onion finely diced | | 1
| cup | (or more) of mashed tofu | | 1 1/3
| cup | Soy milk | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Nutritional yeast | | 1
| dash | Vegan Worcestershire sauce | | 3
| dash | Tamari sauce | | 1/2
| tbsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| each | Pepper to taste | | 1
| each | Soy parmesan to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 37While macaroni is boiling, chop onion. | | 2 | Combine soy milk, flour, yeast, worchestershire sauce, tamari sauce, pepper and garlic powder. | | 3 | Put drained macaroni in an oblong baking dish. | | 4 | Add tofu and soy milk mixture. | | 5 | Shake soy parmesan on top and mix. | | 6 | Bake at 375°F for approx. 30 min. till done. |
