| cup | Olive oil | | 3
| | Bulbs fresh garlic | | 6
| | Fresh green chiles | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | White pepper | | 1
| large | Onion | | 3
| large | Green tomatoes |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut beef into slices or ?inch cubes. | | 2 | Heat oil in skillet and cook beef until well-done and tender. | | 3 | Separate bulbs into cloves and peel. | | 4 | Place whole cloves in skillet and cook until tender. | | 5 | Add green chiles and onions. | | 6 | Dice green tomatoes and add to skillet. | | 7 | Add the remainder of the seasonings and cook, covered to retain as much juice as possible |
