| 2 | measure prepared fruits into a large bowl. |
| 3 | add sugar to fruit and mix well. |

| 5 | stir in certo liquid fruit pectin and lemon juice. |
| 6 | Continue to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved. |
| 7 | pour into clean jars or plastic containers. |
| 8 | Cover tightly with lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours) |
| 9 | store in freezer or for 3 weeks in frig. |
