Ingredients:

| cup | Shredded fresh pineapple | | 1
| cup | Water | | 8
| cup | Sliced rhubarb | | 2
| | Oranges, juice and grated | | | -- rind | | 7
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Blanched almonds |

Procedures:
| 1 | (makes 5-6 1-lb jars) | | 2 | place pineapple in a pan with water and cook covered until tender. | | 3 | add rhubarb, juice and grated rind of oranges, and sugar. | | 4 | Heat slowly, stirring till sugar is dissolved. | | 5 | cook rapidly until thick and clear. | | 6 | Add almonds and allow to cool slightly. | | 7 | pour into clean hot jars, allow to cool and seal. |
