Ingredients:
2 lbsBrown sugar
1 quartVinegar
Salt -- to taste
Procedures:
1Cook beets till tender, peel and cut into cubes or slice.
2Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil.
3Pack the beets in hot sterilized jars, cover with liquid and seal at once
