Hot spicy chicken tortillas

Ingredients:
4 eachBreasts, chicken, halves
-- broiler/fryer, boned
-- skinned, cut into ?/td>
-- inch strips
1 tbspOil, olive
1 medOnion, thinly sliced
1 largeGarlic, clove, minced
16 ozChickpeas, canned, drained
1 medSquash, yellow, thinly
-- sliced
1 medPepper, green, julienned
1 medPepper, red, julienned
2 tbspCajun seasoning
2 tbspHot pepper sauce
1 tspChili powder
1 tspJuice, lime
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspPepper, ground
4 eachTortillas, flour
-- 10 inch, warmed
Salsa
Cheese, cheddar
Procedures:
1In a fry pan, heat the oil over medium flame.
2Add chicken, onion, and garlic.
3Cook, turning, about 5 minutes, until chicken is brown on all sides.
4Add peas, squash, peppers, cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, lime juice, paprika, and pepper.
5Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp tender.
6Place about ?cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla.
7Roll the tortillas and arrange them on a platter.
8Garnish with salsa and cheese.
