| tbsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Grated lemon peel | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Dried thyme leaves | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 3/4
| tsp | Ground red pepper | | 3
| lbs | Chicken wings (about 18) | | 4
| tbsp | Butter, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Source: mainpoul.zip | | 2 | whole green and red chilies for garnish | | 3 | about 40 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees. | | 4 | In small bowl, mix paprika, caraway seeds, onion flakes, dry mustard, lemon peel, thyme leaves, salt and ground red pepper. | | 5 | Brush chicken wings with melted butter. | | 6 | With hands, lightly pat paprika mixture on chicken wings. | | 7 | Place chicken wings on rack in large open roasting pan. | | 8 | Bake 30 minutes or until chicken wings are fork-tender. | | 9 | Place chicken wings on platter. | | 10 | Garnish with whole green and red chilies. | | 11 | Makes 6 servings. |
