Hot & spicy chicken wings

Ingredients:
2 tbspPaprika
1 tbspCaraway seeds, crushed
1 tbspDried onion flakes, crushed
1 tbspDry mustard
1 tbspGrated lemon peel
1 1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
1 1/2 tspSalt
3/4 tspGround red pepper
3 lbsChicken wings (about 18)
4 tbspButter, melted
Procedures:

2whole green and red chilies for garnish
3about 40 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4In small bowl, mix paprika, caraway seeds, onion flakes, dry mustard, lemon peel, thyme leaves, salt and ground red pepper.
5Brush chicken wings with melted butter.
6With hands, lightly pat paprika mixture on chicken wings.
7Place chicken wings on rack in large open roasting pan.
8Bake 30 minutes or until chicken wings are fork-tender.
9Place chicken wings on platter.
10Garnish with whole green and red chilies.
11Makes 6 servings.
