1 1/4 lbsTurkey thigh -- frozen
Defrost
Skin, debone -- cut into
1/4 "
2 cupOnions -- cut into strips
2 Green peppers -- cut in
Strips
1 Red bell pepper -- cut in
Strip
2 Tomatoes, peeled -- diced
1 cup-- water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet.
2Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or until meat is tender.
3Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
4Per serving: calories--211.1 carbohydrate--12.5 grams fat--6.5 grams
