| pint | Dried basil | | 1/8
| pint | Garlic powder | | 1
| pint | Minced onion flakes | | 2
| | Tomato sauce (8 oz) | | 1
| | Mushroom pieces, drained ( | | 1/4
| pint | Dried thyme | | 1/4
| pint | Garlic powder | | 1
| pint | Minced onion flakes | | 1
| pack | Beef flavored broth mix |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat to 450 degrees. | | 2 | In a large bowl, combine turkey, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion flakes. | | 3 | Mix well and shape into 8 patties. | | 4 | Place patties in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. | | 5 | Bake 15 minutes, until burgers are no longer pink inside, turning once while cooking. | | 6 | While burgers are cooking, prepare sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. | | 7 | Heat over medium heat until mixture boils. | | 8 | Remove from heat. | | 9 | Spoon mixture evenly over burgers. | | 10 | Return to oven for 5 minutes. | | 11 | Spoon sauce over burgers when serving. |
