Italian turkey burgers

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbsGround turkey, uncooked
1 pintDried oregano
1/2 pintDried basil
1/8 pintGarlic powder
1 pintMinced onion flakes
2 Tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 Mushroom pieces, drained (
1/4 pintDried thyme
1/4 pintGarlic powder
1 pintMinced onion flakes
1 packBeef flavored broth mix
Procedures:
1Preheat to 450 degrees.
2In a large bowl, combine turkey, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion flakes.
3Mix well and shape into 8 patties.
4Place patties in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
5Bake 15 minutes, until burgers are no longer pink inside, turning once while cooking.
6While burgers are cooking, prepare sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
7Heat over medium heat until mixture boils.
8Remove from heat.
9Spoon mixture evenly over burgers.
10Return to oven for 5 minutes.
11Spoon sauce over burgers when serving.
