Italian chicken casserole

Ingredients:
1 medFrying Chicken
9 ozOnions
Olive oil
Italian white wine
8 ozFresh Mushrooms
3 medTomatoes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parsley, chopped
3 Potatoes
Procedures:
1Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
2Grease a casserole dish with oliveoil.
3Fry the onions in it till they are golden brown.
4Skin and debone the chicken, cut the meat in pieces and brown with the mushrooms in casserole.
5Pour white wine over all, till covered.
6Peel tomatoes and cut into 8 pieces each,season with fresh ground pepper.
7Peel and cut potatoes in 8 pieces each and add to the casserole.
8Let it simmer, over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
9Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
