Ingredients:

| cup | Minced green onions | | 1/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 1
| tbsp | Minced gingerroot | | 1
| tbsp | Minced hot pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Lime or lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Soya sauce | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 1
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | | Pn Ground cloves | | 2
| lbs | Chicken drumsticks and/or | | | -thighs |

Procedures:
| 1 | In shallow glass dish, combine onions, orange juice, ginger, hot pepper, lime juice, soya sauce, garlic, allspice, cinnamon and cloves. | | 2 | Add chicken pieces, cover and marinate in fridge, smurgling occasionally for up to 8 hours. | | 3 | Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess marinade. | | 4 | barbeque on greased grill at medium setting for 30 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. | | 5 | Turn every 10 minutes and drizzle with marinade during last 15 minutes of cooking time. | | 6 | ** can also be cooked in oven at 350degrees. |
