Ingredients:

| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tsp | Thyme | | 4
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/4
| tsp | Allspice | | 3/4
| lbs | Chicken breasts | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bone and skin chicken and cut into 1" squares. | | 2 | In a food processor, combine onions, thyme, sugar, pepper, salt, nutmeg and allspice and blend to form a paste. | | 3 | Transfer to a shallow dish. | | 4 | Place chicken in the marinade and turn to coat. | | 5 | Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, turning occasionally. | | 6 | In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. | | 7 | Add the chicken and saute for 4-6 minutes or until done. | | 8 | Thread onto skewers and serve. | | 9 | Can also be skewered and then cooked on a grill. |
