Jerked chicken on a skewer

Ingredients:
2 tbspOnion, chopped
2 tspThyme
4 tspSugar
2 tspPepper
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspAllspice
3/4 lbsChicken breasts
1 tbspOlive oil
Procedures:
1Bone and skin chicken and cut into 1" squares.
2In a food processor, combine onions, thyme, sugar, pepper, salt, nutmeg and allspice and blend to form a paste.
3Transfer to a shallow dish.
4Place chicken in the marinade and turn to coat.
5Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
6In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
7Add the chicken and saute for 4-6 minutes or until done.
8Thread onto skewers and serve.
9Can also be skewered and then cooked on a grill.
