Grilled herb mustard steaks

Ingredients:
2 Beef top loin steaks
-OR Rib eye steaks
-- boneless, cut 1" thick
-- (well-trimmed)
HERB MUSTARD
2 largeGarlic cloves, crushed
2 tspWater
2 tbspDijon-style mustard
1 tspDried basil leaves
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 25 min. In glass measure, combine garlic and water; microwave 30 seconds on high.
2Stir in remaining mustard ingredients; spread onto both sides of beef steaks.
3Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
4Grill top loin steaks uncovered 16 to 18 minutes (rib eye steaks 12 to 14 minutes) for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
5Season steaks with salt, as desired.
6Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.
