Ingredients:
3 eachStrips bacon, diced
1/2 eachRed bell pepper, diced
1 eachEgg, beaten
3 tbspSoy sauce
1/4 cupScallion, finely chopped
1/8 cupPeas, frozen or fresh
2 cupCOLD, cooked rice
2 cupChicken, cooked and shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1 eachCook the bacon in a wok or
-large skillet over
-medium-high heat until
