| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| tsp | Parsley | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Onion powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Seasoning salt | | 1/4
| cup | Non fat yogurt | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| | Egg white, beaten lightly |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix dry ingredients in pie plate, place yogurt, flour and egg white in separate pie plates. | | 2 | Dip chicken in yogurt, then in flour, then in egg white. | | 3 | Roll in bread crumbs, coating well. | | 4 | Put on baking pan sprayed with pam. | | 5 | Bake at 400 °F for 45 to 60 minutes. | | 6 | 10 % fat |
