Ingredients:

| oz | Sirloin, boneless | | 2
| tsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| | Green pepper, med/diced/slic | | 1
| | Garlic clove | | 3/4
| cup | Water' | | 1
| | Instant beef broth, pkg | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| | Tomatato, medium | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | On a rack in broiling pan; broil steak (or quickly poan fry). | | 2 | Until medium rare. | | 3 | Cut steak across grain; thinly. | | 4 | In a skillet heat oil; add green pepper , onion and garlic. | | 5 | Saute until tender crisp. | | 6 | Add steak and cook another minute or so; add water and broth mix and bring liquid to a boil. | | 7 | In a small bowl mix the cornstarch; stir into the steak mixture. | | 8 | Add tomatoes and stir quickly until tomatoes are heated through. | | 9 | Serve almost immediately. | | 10 | Ww exchanges...4 protien; 2 ?vegetables; 1 fat; 15 optional. | | 11 | You can add any veggies you like to this; broccoli; string beans etc. | | 12 | Sometimes i put in a lot of diced celery. |
