Ingredients:
2 tbspButter or margarine
2 tbspVegetable oil
3 lbsBroiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 cupDry red wine
2 tspInstant chicken bouillon
1 canCherry pie filling(21oz)
1 canPineapple tidbits(13 Ľoz)
2 1/2 ozWhole mushrooms, drained
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350".
2Measure butter and oil into baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
3Heat in oven until butter is melted.
4Place chicken pieces skin sides up in baking dish.
5Bake uncovered 1 hour; drain off fat.?heat wine and instant bouillon to boiling in 2-quart saucepan.
6Boil 1 minute.
7Remove from heat.
8Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken.
