Procedures:
| 1 | Cut country pride chicken tenders in half. | | 2 | Drain oranges;reserve ?cup syrup. | | 3 | Cook ginger in hot oil 30 seconds. | | 4 | Add chicken and stir fry about 3 minutes. | | 5 | Add snow peas,reserved syrup and stir fry sauce. | | 6 | Heat to boiling, stirring.reduce heat, cover and cook 2 minutes. | | 7 | Top with orange sections. | | 8 | Serve over rice. | | 9 | makes 4 servings. |
