| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Paprika | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 2
| lbs | Ground chicken breast | | | Skinless -- cooked | | 1
| cup | Onions -- chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Bell peppers -- chopped | | 3
| cup | No Yolks. egg noodle | | | Substitute -- cooked |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. | | 2 | In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. | | 3 | Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. | | 4 | Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. | | 5 | Add tomato sauce mixture. | | 6 | Cook covered for 20 minutes. | | 7 | Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. | | 8 | Add cooked egg noodle subsititue to chicken mixture. | | 9 | recipe by : cooking cleverly, using your gas range efficiently |
