Grandmother's favorite dressing

Ingredients:
1 quartDay-old bread crumbs
1 quartDay-old crumbled corn bread
1 quartDay-old biscuits
1 cupChopped onion
1 cupChopped celery
1/4 cupChopped gr onion with tops
1/4 cupChopped parsley
1 1/2 tspSage
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 cupTurkey Broth defatted
1/2 cupMelted butter
2 Slightly beaten eggs
Procedures:
1In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbs, corn bread, crumbled biscuits, onion, celery, parsley, sage, salt and pepper.
2Toss well.
3Add broth, butter and eggs.
4Mix well, but lightly.
5(you may add extra broth) mixture should be extra moist.
6Loosely stuff neck and body cavities of turkey, or for ease in preparation and serving, cook separately in a well-greased baking dish or casserole during the last 45 minutes of turkey roasting time.
7Before serving, blend stuffing from turkey with that baked separately.
8Makes 11 or 12 cups.
9Sometimes the cooks in your family added hard-cooked eggs.
