Ingredients:
1 pack(7 ounces) macaroni shells
2 medTomatoes, chopped
-(about 2 cups)
2 Green onions (with tops)
-Chopped (about 2 tablespoon
2 Cl Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cupChopped fresh parsley
2 tbspOlive or vegetable oil
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspChopped fresh or
1/2 tspDried basil leaves
1/8 tspCoarsely cracked pepper
Procedures:
1Cook macaroni as directed on package.
2Rinse in cold water and drain.
3Stir in tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, oil, salt, basil and pepper.
4Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
