Ingredients:
6 Lasagna noodles, cooked and
10 ozLow-fat cream of mushroom so
1/2 cupSkim milk, at room temperatu
12 ozTuna in water, drained and f
1 1/2 cupFrozen mixed vegetables, tha
1/2 cupFat-free cheddar cheese, gra
1 Egg white
1/4 cupBread crumbs
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupFat-free cheddar cheese, gra
Procedures:
1Recipe by: quick & easy casseroles preparation time: 0:15 preheat oven to 350.
2Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
3Place hot noodles under cold running water until cool enough to handle.
4Drain and set aside.
5In a mixing bowl, combine soup and milk; set aside.
6In another mixing bowl, combine tuna, mixed vegetables, ?cup cheddar cheese, egg white, bread crumbs, salt, and ?cup soup mixture.
7Cut cooled noodles crosswise into halves.
8Spoon equal amounts of tuna mixture onto center of each noodles; roll up noodles.
9Place noodles, seam side down, in prepared dish.
10Top with remaining soup mixture.
11Bake, covered for 35 minutes or until heated through.
12Top with remaining cheese.
13Bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese has melted.
