2 largeBaking potatoes
1 largeSweet potato
1 Egg white
1 tbspChili powder
1 tspGround red pepper (optional)
Procedures:

2cut unpeeled baking and sweet potatoes into thin fries.
3beat the egg white in a large bowl until foamy.
4stir in chili powder and pepper.
5add potatoes and toss to coat well.
6spread potatoes in a single layer on a nonstick cookie sheet or a regular cookie sheet coated with no-stick spray.
7bake at 450 °F.
8For 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and brown.
