Procedures:
| 1 | Cook veg. | | 2 | In sm. | | 3 | Amt. | | 4 | Of boiling salted water til crisp-tender; drain. | | 5 | Chop veg. | | 6 | Fine. | | 7 | Whip egg til lemon colored; add margarine and milk. | | 8 | Blend well. | | 9 | Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper. | | 10 | Pour into baking dish coated w/ veg. | | 11 | Spray. | | 12 | Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 min. or til set. | | 13 | Yield: 8 servings exchange/serving: 1 vegetable calories/serving: 36 |
