Ingredients:
8 Whole-wheat bread slices
3/4 cupGruyere cheese, shredded
1/4 cupChopped green onions
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupMayonnaise
1/2 tspTabasco sauce
1/2 tspGround basil, * see note
1 dashSalt
2 Tomatoes, sliced
Procedures:
