Vegetable fish filets

Ingredients:
1 lbsSole or cod filets
1 cupSliced onion
1 cupGreen pepper slices
3 tbspDry sherry (optional)
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupParmesian cheese
1 tbspOil
3 cupSliced zucchini
3/4 cupChopped tomatoes
1 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspBasil
2 xDrops hot pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Place filets in a layer in oiled 9-inch square baking pan, saute onion, zuchini and green pepper in oil until crisp-tender; spoon over filets.
2Top with tomatoes.
3Combine sherry, lemon juice, salt, basil, pepper and pepper sauce; pour over filets.
4Bake uncovered at 350f for 25-30 minutes.
5Remove fish and vegetables to heated platter; sprinkle with parmesian cheese.
6If desired, serve pan juices over bulgar or rice.
