Vegetable medley with sesame sauce

Ingredients:
VEGETABLE MEDLEY
1 cupOnions, thinly sliced
1 cupCarrots, thinly sliced
1 cupDaikon radish, thinly sliced
4 cupBroccoli florets
4 cupCauliflower florets
2 cupCabbage, chopped
2 tbspSesame seeds
SESAME SAUCE
1 tbspToasted sesame oil
2 tbspTamari
1 tbspBrown rice vinegar
Procedures:
1Medley: steam vegetables until they are tender-crisp (5 minutes).
2Plunge into cold water to stop cooking & drain well.
3Transfer to a serving bowl & set aside.
4roast sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
5Set aside.
6sauce: combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
7Pour over the vegetables & toss to coat.
8Sprinkle with the roasted seeds & serve.
