Ingredients:
1 medOnion, chopped
1 tbspButter or margarine
-- drained and rinsed
8 ozTomato sauce
1/2 cupWater
1 cupSliced celery
32 ozCanned pinto beans*
1/2 tspSalt
1/8 tspHot pepper sauce
3 cupHot cooked rice
Procedures:
1Cook onion and celery in butter in large skillet until tender.
2Stir in beans, salt, tomato sauce, pepper sauce and water; heat thoroughly.
3Serve over hot rice.
