Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350. | | 2 | Grease bottom of loafpan, 9x5x3 inches. | | 3 | Stir all ingredients except orange butter until mix and flour are moistened; pour into pan. | | 4 | Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 minutes to 1 hour. | | 5 | Remove from pan; cool slightly on wire rack. | | 6 | Serve warm with orange butter (index). |
