| tsp | Caraway Seeds | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic Powder | | 1/2
| cup | Tomato Sauce -or- Pizza | | | -Sauce | | 1/2
| | To 1 tb Dried Oregano | | 1
| cup | Raw Broccoli Pieces | | 1
| cup | Raw Mushroom Slices | | 8
| oz | Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese | | | -shredded |

Procedures:
