Zucchini and cheese

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbsZucchini
1/4 cupFlour
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspOregano
1/4 tbspGround pepper
1/4 cupOlive oil
2 eachTomatoes, sliced
1 cupSour cream
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Wash and scrub zucchini well and cut into thin round pieces.
2Combine flour with half the salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl.
3Coat zucchini slices in mixture.
4Heat oil in a skillet and saute" zucchini until brown.
5Place zucchini in a greased baking dish and top with tomato.
6Combine sour cream and the rest of the salt, oregano and pepper and spread over tomato slices.
7Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
