Ham and potato chowder

Ingredients:
2 tbspButter or margarine
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
1/4 cupGreen pepper, chopped
4 medPotatoes, washed, peeled &
- cubed (3 cups)
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPaprika
1/8 tspPepper
3 tbspAll-purpose flour
2 cupMilk
1 can(12 oz) Whole-kernel corn
- undrained
1 1/2 cupHam, cooked & diced
Parsley, minced
2 1/3 cup-Water
Procedures:
1Melt butter in 3-?quart saucepan.
2Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
3Add potatoes, 2 cups water, salt, paprika and pepper.
4Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
5Combine flour and 1/3 cup water in small bowl; blend well.
6Stir into potato mixture.
7Add milk.
8Simmer until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
9Add corn and ham; heat through.
10Sprinkle each serving with parsley.
