Ham and potatoes au gratin

Ingredients:
1/3 cupButter Or Regular Margarine
3 tspUnbleached Flour
1 1/2 cupMilk, Heated
1 cupCheddar, Sharp, Shredded
1 cupHam, Cooked, Diced
1 tbspOnion Flakes
2 cupPotatoes, Cooked, Sliced
1 tbspParsley, Minced
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
2Butter a 2-qt casserole and set aside.
3Melt the 3 tb of butter in a 2-quart saucepan, on moderate heat, and add the flour; cooking for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4Add the milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
5Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
6Remove from the heat and stir in the ham and onion flakes.
7Stir in 1 cup of potato slices.
8Pour into the prepared casserole.
9Arrange the remaining potato slices on the top of the ham mixture.
10Melt the remaining butter and brush on the potato slices.
11Sprinkle with the minced parsley and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
