Ingredients:
| | Large zucchini | | | Salt | | | For each slice of zucchini | | | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | | 1
| tbsp | Pizza sauce | | 1
| tsp | Black olives, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Green onions, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Mozarella cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat broiler, placing rack about 5inches from heat source. | | 2 | Cut zucchini into slices ?inch thick. | | 3 | Salt lightly. | | 4 | Place slices on baking sheet and add in order the pizza sauce, olives, green onions and cheese. | | 5 | Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 4-5 minutes. | | 6 | Zucchini should be tender-crisp. | | 7 | Yield will depend on size of zucchini. |
