Ingredients:

| oz | Elbow macaroni (1-cup) | | 1/4
| cup | Butter or margarine | | 1/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Prepared mustard | | 14
| tsp | Salt | | | Dash pepper | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| cup | Cubed, fully cooked ham | | 2
| med | Apples, peeled & thinly | | | - sliced (2-cups) | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook macaroni in boiling salted water till just tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain. | | 2 | In large saucepan melt the ?cup butter; blend in flour, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. | | 3 | Add milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. | | 4 | Stir in cooked macaroni, ham and apple slices. | | 5 | Turn mixture into a 2-qt casserole. | | 6 | Combine bread crumbs and the 2-tb melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. | | 7 | Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for about 35 minutes |
