Asparagus with egg garlic & lemon sauce

Ingredients:
5 tbspButter, unsalted
1 tbspFresh garlic, minced
2 lbsAsparagus, prepared*
1 Hard boiled egg, fine chopped
3 tbspFresh lemon juice
Salt
1 Black pepper, freshly ground
2 tspFresh tarragon, fine chopped
Procedures:
1* - stems peeled and fiberous ends removed.
2Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat.
3Add garlic and saute gently 1 minute; remove pan from heat.
4Reserve and keep warm.
5Place asparagus in saucepan over medium heat.
6Add enough water to cover, simmer 3-5 minutes or until just tender.
7Remove from saucepan, pat dry and transfer to serving platter.
8Keep warm.
9To serve: stir egg and lemon into reserved garlic butter.
10Pour over asparagus, season with salt and pepper and garnish with tarragon.
