Ingredients:
| | 2 bn Kale, washed | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 1/2
| med | Onion, coarsely chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 1 1/2
| cup | Chicken stock or bouillon | | 4
| med | Potatoes, quartered | | 1
| | Stalk celery, chopped | | | Sour cream (garnish) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut the kale leaves into ?inch-wide strips. | | 2 | Blanch them in lightly salted boiling water for one minute. | | 3 | Set aside. | | 4 | saute the garlic and onion in the oil until lightly browned. | | 5 | Add the chicken stock, potatoes, celery, and blanched kale. | | 6 | Simmer together until potatoes fall apart and lose their shape. | | 7 | Stir; season with salt and pepper, garnish with sour cream and serve. |
