Procedures:
| 1 | Place carrots, water and lemon juice in small saucepan. | | 2 | Cover and simmer 5 minutes. | | 3 | Remove cover, increase heat to high and cook, stirring, until liquid evaporates (5 minutes). | | 4 | Turn heat down |
